A rare opportunity exists for an experienced Dietitian to join our multidisciplinary team in providing expert nutrition services to patients with complex neurodegenerative conditions.
About the Position

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality nutrition services to patients with neurodegenerative diseases, including assessment, review, and care planning.
* Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve identified goals and outcomes.
* Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
* Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain expertise in nutrition and dietetics.
Requirements:
* Postgraduate qualification or Bachelor in Nutrition and Dietetics recognized by the Dietitians Association of Australia.
* Relevant clinical experience, including demonstrated advanced practice skills and management of complex case loads.
* Demonstrated skills and experience in managing enteral feeding, including community and outpatient support.
* Demonstrated experience working with other service providers, such as NGOs and NDIS.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including group education skills and excellent computer skills.
