A05 Project Support Officer
This role provides high-level administrative and governance support to a Program team, contributing to the effective oversight and reporting of key regional projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Support compliance with governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
* Prepare and coordinate program documentation including reports, briefing notes, and meeting papers.
* Assist with approvals, reporting cycles, and escalation processes.
* Provide executive-level administrative support, including meeting coordination and minute taking.
* Monitor project milestones, risks, actions, and performance measures.
* Maintain records and support document management processes.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate information flow.
Essential Requirements
* Experience providing project or program support in a complex environment, ideally within the public sector.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* High-level written and verbal communication skills.
* Understanding of project management principles and governance processes.
