THE ROLE :
We've got an exciting opportunity for a passionate and organised Assistant Producer to join the Nathan, Nat & Shaun breakfast team at Nova 937 Perth.
Nathan, Nat & Shaun are on air from 6am–9am weekdays, bringing Perth the perfect mix of laughs, news, and local moments - and we're looking for someone who loves radio and wants to help make great content happen every day.
Please note the commencement date for this role is 19January ****.
What you will be doing and what skills you may have :
You'll work closely with the Executive Producer and wider show team to keep the show running smoothly, on and off the air.
Every morning is different, but you'll be across tasks like :
Preparing daily prep sheets and rundowns
Managing studio phones and listener calls
Researching guests, topics, and talking points
Coordinating guest arrivals, interviews, and OBs
Writing summaries and notes for podcasts and socials
Supporting the team during live broadcasts and stunts
Helping develop and deliver key show segments and story arcs
What We're Looking For
You might already have some radio or media experience — or you're just passionate about jumping in and learning fast. Either way, you'll bring :
Strong organisation and time-management skills
Sharp attention to detail (because timing is everything in live radio)
A love of pop culture, music, and what's happening in Perth
A collaborative attitude - you'll thrive in a fun, high-energy team
Confidence around studio equipment, or a willingness to learn quickly
