We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Service Designer and Innovator.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing impactful services that integrate lived experience, evidence, and expertise.
Job Description
This role involves collaborating with service delivery leaders to shape and enhance our service models, ensuring they create lasting change in communities.
* Develop and maintain strategic relationships with relevant service delivery leaders and staff
* Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the service portfolios
* Provide expert guidance on innovation and service design, and drive the implementation of national flagship service models
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
1. Designing and driving the implementation of national Flagship Service Models in line with international best practice
2. Working with local staff to critically review and re-design service models for greater impact
3. Providing coaching and support to service delivery teams to identify, scope and implement opportunities
Requirements for Success
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years' experience in a similar role
* Relevant tertiary qualifications highly desirable
* Demonstrated knowledge and passion for human centred design approaches, including co-design and person-informed service design
* Ability to implement human centred design work in a community service context
