About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Planner to support the delivery of complex, multi-project initiatives within the public sector.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, maintain, and optimize integrated project timelines across multiple SAP projects and transformation programs.
* Ensure strict adherence to scheduling standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks used within the public sector.
* Track and manage project milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical paths.
* Collaborate with program managers, project leads, and technical teams to maintain scheduling accuracy and transparency.
* Produce compliance-driven schedule reports for executive steering committees and government stakeholders.
* Identify schedule risks, conduct scenario planning, and propose mitigation strategies.
* Provide oversight and quality assurance to ensure all schedules meet audit and reporting requirements.
Key Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience in project/program scheduling, with proven success as a Supply Chain Planner in large-scale SAP or ERP programs.
* Strong background working on public sector projects, with familiarity in highly regulated environments.
* Advanced expertise in project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
* Deep knowledge of scheduling methodologies (critical path, dependency mapping, earned value, resource leveling, etc.).
* Strong understanding of governance and compliance frameworks relevant to public sector delivery.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior executives.
* Demonstrated ability to produce schedules and reports that can withstand external audit and compliance reviews.
