Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Retail Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations of our retail services across multiple remote sites in Western Australia.
This role is well suited to candidates with FIFO or remote-site experience looking to step into a Perth-based leadership role, as well as retail-experienced leaders seeking an entry point into the mining and resources sector.
Hours: Monday to Friday (with occasional after-hours or site travel as required)
You will be responsible for supervising field technicians, managing stock and logistics, ensuring WHS compliance, and supporting new site rollouts in a safety-critical remote operating environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support technicians across remote locations.
Manage mobilisation, rosters, and site access requirements.
Oversee stock ordering, receipting, reconciliation, and inventory accuracy.
Coordinate transport of machines, parts, and equipment to site.
Ensure compliance with WHS, SOPs, JMPs, and site safety standards.
Lead site audits, installations, commissioning, and inductions.
Oversee fault resolution, refunds, and operational reporting.
Provide hands-on support during shutdowns and peak demand periods.
About You
FIFO, remote operations, or senior retail operations background.
Strong safety focus and willingness to work within mining compliance frameworks.
Proven experience leading field or multi-site teams.
Organised, practical, and comfortable working autonomously.
Current C-Class licence and ability to travel to remote sites.
