This is a Permanent full-time appointment based at our Albany or Bunbury Campuses

About the Role
The Director Capability, People and Culture is responsible for providing strategic direction across Facilities, Information Services, People Services, Planning and Business Services and Work Health and Safety to enhance organisational capability in order to support the College's core business of training. The Director Capability, People and Culture is also responsible for leading change management and consultation in line with relevant legislative requirements, specifically in relation to industrial relations and work health and safety matters. The Director Capability, People and Culture will build an empowered and positive workplace culture in line with the SR TAFE values and Strategic Plan and champion cultural reform initiatives across the College.
