Senior Program Lead
Darwin Indigenous Men’s Service (DIMS) are seeking a Senior Program Lead to lead the design and delivery of culturally centred programs that support Aboriginal men to build on their strengths and achieve their goals. This is a senior leadership role for someone ready to shape programs, guide people, and influence systems while staying grounded in culture, community and real outcomes for Aboriginal men.

Darwin Indigenous Men’s Service works alongside Aboriginal men across Darwin in community and in correctional settings. DIMS works in a culturally informed way and partners with Aboriginal organisations to ensure work is guided by local cultural authority, respect and community leadership. DIMS provides support, opportunity and space when it is needed.
