We are working with a leading independent corporate advisory firm specialising in mergers & acquisitions and strategic advice for ASX-listed companies, private equity funds and founder-led businesses. The team is known for clear thinking, disciplined analysis, and providing senior-level attention on every engagement.
They operate with a lean model, meaning Analysts are trusted contributors from day one. You can expect meaningful responsibility, direct exposure to senior decision-makers and the opportunity to work on complex, high-conviction transactions.
As an Analyst, you will support end-to-end transaction execution and strategic mandates. This includes:
* Financial modelling, valuation and scenario analysis
* Preparation of client materials, board papers and investor presentations
* Sector and company research to support insights and recommendations
* Assisting with due diligence, process management and deal documentation
* Working closely with senior team members across live transactions and strategic reviews
We are seeking a high-performing Analyst with:
* 1–3 years' experience in investment banking, corporate finance, Big 4 deals or strategy consulting
* Strong analytical capability and attention to detail
* Clear, concise communication skills
* A mature, thoughtful approach and strong commercial judgement
* A team-oriented mindset and willingness to take ownership
