Zone RV is seeking a talented and motivated Management Accountant to join our growing finance team. Based in either our Sunshine Coast or Brisbane location, this full-time role reports directly to the CFO and plays a critical part in delivering the financial insights that drive strategic decisions. The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join Zone RV during a period of rapid growth and innovation. As Management Accountant, you’ll play a key role in helping the business make informed financial decisions that improve operational efficiency and profitability. You’ll work closely with production, procurement, and logistics teams to provide financial analysis, prepare management reports, and optimise cost structures within our manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do:
* Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts and variance reports
* Support the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
* Deliver financial insights on production performance, margin analysis, and profitability
* Drive cost analysis, inventory control, and performance measurement
* Collaborate with operational teams to improve efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives
* Ensure financial compliance and assist with internal audits
* Use your expertise in manufacturing processes and ERP systems to influence data-driven decisions
What you’ll bring:
* Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* CPA or similar professional certification (preferred)
* Experience in a manufacturing accounting environment
* Proficiency in cloud-based ERP systems (e.g., MYOB, Acumatica) and Excel
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Deep understanding of standard costing and production processes
