Job Opportunity:
We are seeking highly skilled Maritime Systems Engineers to join our dynamic team. These roles will involve contributing to the improvement of Defence operational capability through the provision of engineering services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver maritime engineering services to enhance the operational effectiveness of Defence maritime capabilities.
* Maintain and develop Defence maritime systems, ensuring they meet required standards.
* Lead and manage project delivery teams to achieve successful outcomes.
* Provide technical advice on practical solutions to complex engineering problems.
Requirements:
* A degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical), with ability to gain industry accreditation.
* Experience in Defence maritime system maintenance.
* Strong understanding of engineering requirements and practices.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a project team.
* Eligibility for Australian Government security clearance (AGSVA) at Baseline level or higher.

* You possess knowledge and experience in Navy ship maintenance and engineering practices.
* Preference given to those eligible for engineering delegations.
* You are an experienced engineer with a drive to deliver projects successfully.
* You have strong communication skills and can apply proactive and critical thinking.
