Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively identify member needs and pathways for growth to achieve their professional aspirations.
* Research and manage leads.
* Manage business development and engagement opportunities to achieve membership growth.
* Determine and cross-sell appropriate products and services to meet members' needs.
* Identify members at risk and take appropriate action.
* Resolve member issues raised.
* Provision of insightful statistics and data reports.
* Ensure accurate and detailed CRM management.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Strong technical aptitude and previous relevant experience.
* Ability to build credibility and trusted partnerships.
* Ability to influence and communicate with C&D-level executives.
* Proven track record of increasing revenue through the conversion of leads.
* Soft selling skills.
* Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
* CRM data management and MS Office experience.
* Ability to collaborate and work as a team.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
