About the Role
As a seasoned project manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a critical legislative compliance initiative. This 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity requires strategic thinking and strong governance skills to ensure Coles meets its regulatory obligations.
You will partner with senior leaders across multiple functions to drive meaningful change and deliver high-impact projects.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in complex environments, demonstrated leadership in governance forums, and exposure to legislative or regulatory change programs.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of initiatives impacting various functions across the organization.
* Ensure the project remains on track, stakeholders are briefed, and project risks are managed.
* Collaborate with legal, commercial, and compliance teams to provide leadership, structure, and governance throughout the project lifecycle.
About You and Your Skills
You bring confidence and credibility to stakeholder discussions, particularly when engaging senior leaders. To succeed in this role, you will have:
* 10+ years of project management experience in large, complex environments.
* Demonstrated experience leading governance forums and senior stakeholder engagement.
* Exposure to legislative or regulatory change programs.
* Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
