Housekeeping Supervisor Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. This role involves leading a team of Room Attendants, ensuring the exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas.
In this position, you will be responsible for:
* Inspecting and evaluating the quality of cleaning in all rooms and public areas
* Liaising with Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient use of resources
* Training, leading and rostering housekeeping teams to achieve optimal performance
* Assisting with the cleaning of rooms and public areas when required
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 6-12 months experience in a similar role in a 4-star hotel
* An excellent eye for detail and ability to manage time efficiently
* Strong communication skills and patience to work effectively with team members
* A valid QLD driver's licence is essential
