We are seeking enthusiastic Retail Assistant Tattslotto Operator with lottery experience to join our new upcoming outlet in the Mornington. As a Retail Assistant Tattslotto Operator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our Tattslotto operations.
What you'll be doing
* Assisting customers with Tattslotto purchases and other lottery-related transactions
* Accurately operating the Tattslotto terminal and cash register
* Maintaining the tidiness and organisation, adhering to all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
* Assist with stock management and setting up visual merchandising
* Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
* Providing a friendly and helpful customer experience to all visitors
* Collaborating with the wider retail team to ensure the smooth operation of the store

* Previous lottery/tattersalls experience is essential
* Reliable and punctual individuals
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
