About the role
We’re seeking a dedicated, hands-on hospitality professional with the drive to:
- Lead and motivate a dynamic team across all departments.
- Maximise revenue through solid sales, yield, and expense management.
- Deliver consistently high guest experiences with a focus on quality and service.
- Build and maintain a culture of excellence, accountability, and growth.
About you
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Proven success in accommodation and F&B; management, ideally as a GM or senior leader.
- Strong understanding of revenue and yield management in competitive markets.
- A sharp commercial mind with proven ability to manage costs and drive profitability.
- Exceptional leadership skills to inspire, develop, and retain staff.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
- Hands-on management style, with a passion for people and hospitality.
- Experience with hospitality systems (Opera Cloud PMS, POS, channel management, accounting).
- Solid understanding of workplace health, safety, and risk management.
