Permanent Full-Time Chef Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced chef to join our kitchen team on a permanent full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and producing high-quality food, maintaining exceptional kitchen standards, and ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment and hold a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery. A strong focus on attention to detail, quality control, and teamwork is essential for this role.
* Fresh produce preparation;
* Cooking of menu items according to recipes;
* Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen;
* Ensuring timely completion of tasks during peak periods;
Key Requirements:
A minimum requirement for this position is possession of Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery, along with extensive experience as a senior culinary staff member or equivalent.
Additionally,a flexible work schedule, including weekends and evening shifts would be expected from the chosen applicant
