The Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager who has a proven ability to develop business relationships, drive sales, and lead and motivate a small team.
In this role you will coordinate the day‑to‑day technical operations of the store workshop and trade activity to ensure customer satisfaction and to meet the store targets. Some of your duties will include:
* Provide support to the Store Owner and manage the store in their absence.
* Support the management of the daily workshop schedule and maintain an on‑time customer delivery.
* Plan and coordinate parts supply and delivery to the workshop workflow.
* Monitor the quality of work performed in the workshop.

This is a full time role based at our Cockburn store.

What you will bring to the team
* Certificate III Automotive (Mechanical – Light Vehicle) or Repairers Certificate.
* Current, Full Drivers Licence
* Demonstrative experience in automotive suspension repairs, components, and operation.
* Minimum of 3‑4 years of automotive suspension repair experience is required.
* Experience in leading or managing people and fostering a positive culture.
* 1‑2 years of people management or leadership experience is required.
* Well‑developed communication and interpersonal skills.
* Be able to coordinate workshop tasks and perform jobs efficiently.
* Experience in Similar Role.
* Previous Assistant Manager experience is required.
