A Day in the Life

1. Lead development of personalised customer journeys and campaigns, assisting with implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Customer Insights – Data
">
2. Manage planning, segmentation, testing, and performance of customer lifecycle and loyalty program journeys, collaborating with Digital and Creative teams
">
3. Troubleshoot and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 systems, ensuring CRM hygiene and expertise on marketing automation and data-driven best practices
">
4. Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve online experience and conversions, deploying highly personalised messages accurately
">
5. Reporting and Optimisation: Track and report on campaign performance against KPIs, using insights to enhance customer journey touchpoints and digital ROI
">
6. Support ongoing development of reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics
">
7. Test & Learn: Drive A/B testing and experimentation to boost customer engagement and retention, working with cross-functional teams
">
8. Support business objectives through digital initiatives, including campaign rollouts and innovation projects, designing and executing loyalty and retention strategies

9. Provide support across broader Digital Marketing activities as needed
