Harmony Psychology is a private practice located in Sippy Downs, providing compassionate and professional psychological services to our community. We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our friendly team on a casual basis.
About the Role
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys part-time, flexible work and would like to provide reliable support to our practice. The role will involve covering staff leave (sick days and holidays) and working 2–3 days per week as required.

The Role
Our administrative team is the backbone of our business, serving as the first point of contact for both clients and referrers. As a crucial member of this team, you'll be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and providing essential support to our psychologists and Director.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle reception duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing emails enquiries
* Utilise Halaxy to manage clinical administrative tasks effectively
* Process payments and claims for Medicare, DVA, NDIS, Workcover Qld and Private Health Care Insurance
* Warmly greet clients and stakeholders, and make them comfortable on arrival
* Manage the diaries of the clinical team and ensure smooth scheduling
* Assist the clinical team by sending correspondence to GPs and other parties, scanning and uploading documents and correspondence, filing, and maintaining inventory
* Uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive information responsibly
* Contribute to fostering a healthy team culture and embody the values and professional image of Harmony Psychology
* Be willing to perform light office cleaning duties

* Knowledge regarding Medicare, DVA, NDIS, Workcover Qld, and Private Health Insurance claims processing
* Proficiency in technology including using Halaxy, Xero, and Microsoft Office (Preferred)
