Job Description
The Role
* Demonstrate commitment to a safe working environment and contribute to developing a Safety 1st culture.
* Ensure compliance with Hazell Bros Group, OH&S regulations, work instructions, and procedures.
* Lead and develop a high-performing, productive team through regular performance reviews and managing team dynamics.
* Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, promoting Hazell Bros products and services.
* Work to meet and exceed customer expectations through effective communication and service delivery.
* Oversee the safe and efficient completion of all activities on site.
* Monitor and report on operational performance, providing improvement ideas where applicable.
* Ensure compliance with all business regulations and contractual terms related to cost and budgeting.
* Identify resource and skills gaps, developing strategies to address these gaps.

Desired Skills and Experience
About You
* Extensive knowledge of the construction industry.
* Proven experience in managing and leading employees effectively.
* Experience in compliance management.
* Ability to understand and manage client and project requirements.
* Experience in identifying resource gaps and operational challenges.
* Construction Industry White Card (or ability to obtain).
* Driver’s license.
* Certificates in project/construction project management (highly desirable).
* Knowledge of Job Safety Analysis, hazard awareness, identification, and controls.
* Strong leadership and operational management skills.
* Understanding of regulatory governance and legislative requirements.
