The role is to service customer sites with a focus on the following trade disciplines (but not limited to) Automation and Controls, HVAC, BMS, Access Control to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize customer site downtime by providing exceptional technical support.Key Responsibilities:Service, maintenance and commissioning of Honeywell and third-party equipmentDay to day servicing, calibrations and maintenance; including diagnoses, repair faults, programming and commissioning of various controls systems across (but not limited to) HVAC and BMSDelivery of service projects, including design, documentation, procurement, programming and commissioningNavigate and interrogate control system interfacesCarry out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per company policy and proceduresInteract and build strong customer relationshipKey Experience & Capabilities:Trade certificate in the related fieldMinimum 5+ years relevant experience in BMS/HVACKnowledgeable in BMS and building infrastructure including plant operations, tuning, fault-finding, diagnosticsKnowledge of systems such as ComfortPoint AND Niagara, Honeywell EBI (advantageous)HVAC experience (required) Electrical experience /certification an advantageGood communication skills both verbal and writtenSelf-sufficient but can also work in a team environmentStrong commitment to Safety and safe working environmentAbility to travel and hold full driver’s licenseWho We AreThe Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
