Primary Duties
Support, maintain and manage the technical aspects of a managed cyber security solution.
Work independently, with general direction from the client, stakeholders, team lead or senior manager, to perform operational tasks to resolve all incidents / requests in a timely manner within agreed SLA. Timely and consistent updates of tickets with resolution tasks performed.
Proactively identify, investigate, analyse issues and errors prior to or when they occur and log all such incidents in a timely manner. Capture all required and relevant information for immediate resolution
Plan, coordinate and implement complex system changes within client specified change windows. Liaise with the client, vendors, and other partners to ensure mínimal disruption to the client's day-to-day business operations.
Technical mentorship for security analyst team and Point of technical escalation for our SOC analysts.
Installing and updating CyberArk with latest vendor update, operation and maintenance of the Cyber Ark system to ensure that Cyber Ark continuing to be fully functional and provides the required level of service.
Advanced Knowledge on Firewall platforms (Palo alto, Fortinet preferred) running routing protocols and next gen features sure as IPS and Application detection rules
Strong understanding of general networking and design (Firewalls, Routing, Load Balancing, OSI Model, TCP/IP, Packet trace and analysis).
Knowledge on Cryptographic solutions (Microsoft Enterprise PKI solution along with Thales HSM).
Knowledge on Antivirus, Application whitelisting solution and Vulnerabilities management solutions.

Salary: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
