Our client is a peak membership body for employers within the construction and infrastructure industries.
**Your new role**
Reporting into the Director of Workplace Relations, you will be based within the NSW branch providing high quality and timely workplace relations advice (including HR, IR, Modern Awards and legislative compliance), support and representation to NSW Members
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Admitted to practice as a Lawyer in Australia
- Keen interest in managing workplace relations and employment matters.
- Valid full NSW driver license
- Motivated and driven attitude with a desire to help members achieve solutions-based outcomes
- Capability of working autonomously with mínimal supervision with the ability to develop and maintain solid relationships with member organisations
- Be comfortable with regular travel
