Job Description
What You'll Do
* Managing high‐volume inbound phone enquiries, ensuring every family receives a warm, efficient, and supportive response.
* Triaging client requests across phone, email, and digital platforms, routing them to the right teams quickly.
* Maintaining accurate client records and logging call data in real‐time within our internal systems.
* Supporting staff with basic office, administrative, and IT assistance.
* Coordinating office workflows, including supplies, maintenance, and recording client feedback.
What You'll Bring to the Team
* Proven ability to manage a busy switchboard or inbound call queue with attention to detail.
* A warm, professional phone manner and the ability to practice active listening with vulnerable families.
* The capability to talk, type, and navigate databases simultaneously in a fast‐paced environment.
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM/client management systems.
* The emotional intelligence required to handle sensitive conversations professionally.
* Experience or a genuine interest in the disability or community services sector is highly regarded.
