Our client is a well known entity in the mining industry. They are currently looking for a Community Education Officer.
- Organise and conduct tours of the WA Operations for relevant stakeholders.
- Build and maintain the business knowledge required to conduct up-to-date tours safely and successfully.
- Maintain relevant plans, documentations, and communication and support tools required for both the education officers and others in the business to conduct up-to-date tours safely and successfully including online/virtual offerings (e.g. procedures, speaking notes, routes, Q&As;, presentations, interactive tools, written materials, merchandise, etc).
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the WA tour program.
**Experience and Background**:
- Minimum 3-years' experience in a similar education, community relations, communications, or tourism role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Planning and project management skills would be advantageous
- Current WA Drivers' Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
