We are a well-established mortgage broking business of 9 years that sits within a larger financial planning business. Due to the growth of our business and an increasing number of leads, we are looking for a part time mortgage broker to join our team.
Hours: Ideally school hours, four days a week (flexible for the right candidate).

Duties and responsibilities include:
* Manage loans from enquiry through to settlement
* Undertake general broking support tasks and provide customer service through timely action of client requests
* Complete processing tasks utilising our CRM system and other industry portals
* Ensure financial service provided complies with the relevant industry requirements and codes
* Assist the broker in existing client retention programs
We are looking for someone with:
* A certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking
* Experience using Mercury will be highly regarded
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise competing demands
* Professional attitude
* Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
* Excellent computer skills and the ability to learn quickly
* Proactive approach with the desire to learn and assist where necessary
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
* Comfortable dealing with a diverse range of clients
* Strong desire to grow with the business and develop their broking career
