We are seeking a proactive Doc Control/Administrator to support our design and project teams, ensuring seamless project delivery and strong compliance across all business operations. This is a pivotal role that supports documentation, systems, financial administration, and project coordination while contributing to the overall success of the projects.
About the Role
You will provide administrative and project support to ensure smooth coordination of the design processes associated with our construction projects, administer drawing and general document control, assist with financial administration, maintain key systems such as Procore and SharePoint, and help keep our teams organised, compliant and project ready.
You will work closely with the Design Manager, Senior Manager and broader project team to support high-quality outcomes and efficient project operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manager and coordinate document control processes to ensure accuracy and version compliance.
* Provide administrative support across both project and general office functions.
* Oversee premobilisation tasks to ensure project and site readiness.
* Coordinate consultant agreements, insurances, invoices and assist with preparing client invoices.
* Manage and maintain Procore / SharePoint systems.
* Provide backup support to the Office Manager when required.
* Support ISO standards, audits, and compliance, including upkeep and auditing tasks.
* Maintain and update internal systems and records.
* Prepare and deliver reports to management.
