Guest Services Officer
We are looking for an experienced Guest Services Officer to work across our Corindi Beach & Moonee Beach Parks!
About You
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate thefollowing:
* Drivers Licenceand own vehicleor access to reliable transport.
* The ability towork productively & independently.
* A positiveattitude & willingness to learn.
* Great teamworkskills.
* A 'can-do',solutions-focused attitude.
* The physicalability to do manual work in all conditions.
* Flexibleavailability to work including weekend, peak holiday seasons & publicholiday work.
* Previousexperience in any hospitality role is highly regarded, but not required.
The Duties will include; (but not limited to):
* Taking reservations,via phone
* Completing arrivals& departures, in office
* Opening/closingof office
* Assisting &directing visitors within the park
* Following work health & safety procedures.
