We empower brokers and financial planners with software-backed solutions that complement their existing services, increase client lifetime value, and unlock new recurring revenue streams.
We are now looking for a high-agency ADR/SDR to lead our LinkedIn growth strategy and expand our strategic partnerships across Australia's professional services market.

Your Responsibilities
* LinkedIn Thought Leadership: Create and execute content strategies (posts, sponsored content) that position the company as the premier solution for brokers and planners.
* Community Engagement: Actively participate in LinkedIn communities, building trust and driving high-level discussions.
* Full-Cycle Pipeline Management: Handle direct outreach, run impactful software demos, and secure commitments.
* Success Advocacy: Develop and share case studies to maintain engagement and referral loops.
About You
* Precision Communicator: Simplify complex financial and software concepts into compelling narratives.
* LinkedIn Specialist: Proven experience using LinkedIn (Sales Navigator, Ads, InMail) to drive revenue.
* Tech-Forward:Skilled with productivity and AI tools, always looking to work smarter and 10x output.
* Industry Literate: Familiar with broker and financial planner business models and client interactions.
* Growth Mindset: Energised by ambiguity and ownership; love building playbooks and adapting proven strategies.
Package
* Competitive Base Salary: $100,000 (negotiable based on experience)
* Uncapped Commissions: High-ticket, evergreen referral structure

* Location: Remote-first; Brisbane-based candidates have an advantage for weekly standups
