Tasks & responsibilities General butcher tasks Cutting and trimming Accurate portion cutting Boning lamb legs, lamb shoulders, turkeys and chickens Operating Band saws and other butchery machinery and equipment Lifting up to 30kg Early Starts Monday to Friday - No weekend work.
