About the role
We are seeking skilled Underground Operators to join us as All Rounders. This is a role designed for the next generation of Production Drillers and Jumbo Operators. In this dynamic position, your day-to-day tasks will vary based on operational needs. All Rounders will have experience across all underground mining positions up to a Bogger Operator, with limited or no experience operating a drill. Candidates should also hold tickets for at least two key mining tasks. We are looking for someone who is competent and ready to take the next step in their career toward Production Drilling or Jumbo Operations.
Must be ticketed to carry out at least two of the following tasks:
* Drill – Jumbo, Production Drill or Cabolt
* Charge Up Development and Production, including familiarity with the use of emulsion
* Development and Production Bogging
* RCT Tele-Remoting
In this role, you will safely and efficiently carry out key underground roles to support our Operations across the Cobar Region. Your depth of experience and ability to be flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of the business will be key to your success.

All Rounders will also be supported to work towards competency in drilling if not already obtained.
Roster: 14/14, 12 hours per day (Dayshift only)
