The Senior Content Designer 's role ensures compliance, quality assurance and management over the department's online channels to deliver quality customer‑focussed content and services.

Key responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the delivery of explicit and easy‑to‑read information and services across online channels, including our franchise (Your rights, crime and the law) and the DOJ corporate site and intranet.
- Perform editorial quality assurance on material prior to publishing on relevant websites to ensure compliance with the department and whole of government style guides.
- Maintain a user‑centred site architecture and the delivery of customer‑centric information and services across online channels.
- Provide, maintain and communicate a best practice people‑centric governance framework for the online products across the Strategic Communications Branch, while meeting the department and whole of government strategic targets.
- Advise, lead and provide customer insight to continuously improve and enhance the effectiveness of the department's online channels.
- Resolve issues and assist in the development and implementation of initiatives, policies, processes and systems for effective and efficient management of the department's online channels.
- Build effective and ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders while advising key stakeholders on best practice and enabling them to self‑assist.
