We are looking for an experienced full-time Merchandiser based in Geelong, VIC. Reporting to the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a defined territory to a high standard, ensuring our products are well stocked, presented, and aligned to company and Bunnings expectations. You’ll act as an ambassador for the Jack brand, building strong in-store relationships while supporting ongoing merchandising projects and initiatives. Some overnight and regional travel may be required. Key Responsibilities Maintain high merchandising and presentation standards across your territory Manage stock levels including replenishment, adjustments, and inventory accuracy Build and maintain strong relationships with Bunnings team members Execute merchandising plans, relays, and promotional displays Ensure pricing, ticketing, and product positioning is accurate and compliant Support store projects, new store setups, and range launches Requirements Current driver’s licence (company vehicle provided) Previous merchandising or sales representative experience Bunnings experience (highly regarded) Hardware or retail experience (highly regarded) If this is the job for you, please apply directly through Seek.
