As the Owners Corporation Manager you will work alongside an experienced team. Your role will include but not be limited to the following responsibilities:
- Managing a strata portfolio of 30 schemes (small and large) with around 700 lots
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Managing correspondence via phone and written communication
- Providing advice based on current legislation
- Dispute resolution
- Managing maintenance and projects
- Budgets and forecasting
- Contract management
- Preparing meeting agendas, chairing committee meetings and recording meeting minutes
