**Role Responsibilities**:
- Direct customer liaison and provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
- Process orders entries and complete all dispatch documentation.
- Control of orders in line with customer requirements.
- Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure accurate and timely orders and deliveries.
- Handle local deliveries and pick-ups effectively and safely.
- Ensure Company equipment and facilities are well maintained and in good working condition.

- Good planning, organisation, and time management skills.
