Lead Operations Manager
We are looking for a seasoned Lead Operations Manager to spearhead the growth and success of our business. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence across all aspects of the organization.
Job Description:
The Lead Operations Manager will lead a high-performing team of operations managers, engineers, and service delivery managers to ensure seamless execution of business objectives. This includes developing and implementing strategic plans, building and managing relationships with stakeholders, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute operational plans to drive business growth and profitability.
2. Build and lead a high-performing operations team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities.
3. Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including executive management, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
* Degree-level education in electrical engineering or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
* Proven experience in operations management, preferably in renewable energy or clean tech sectors.
* Strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
* Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and performance metrics.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with C-level executives and boards.
