Sales Supervisor – Australia, Small Home Appliance Industry
Are you a motivated sales professional with a deep understanding of small home appliances? Do you possess extensive experience in diverse markets across Australia?
VeSync is a family of brands, including Etekcity, Levoit, and Cosori. We are the No. 1 brand in the US. Currently expanding into the Australian market, we have secured partnerships with JB Hi-Fi and Amazon. Our product portfolio includes air purifiers, humidifiers, tower fans, and air fryers. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Australian retail partners across diverse product categories, focusing on driving profitable sales growth with both existing and new customers.
The role will include:
1. Effectively managing and continuously improving relationships with Australian retailers to grow Levoit's business, ensuring optimal in-store positioning and resource allocation.
2. Maintaining high-frequency communication with buyers to ensure Levoit's successful participation in major retailer promotion events and activities.
3. Managing Australian retailer sales, inventory, and forecasts; reviewing weekly sales and inventory by model; and aligning retailer inventory forecasts with Levoit's in-stock levels, in-transit shipments, and production lead times.
4. Conducting bi-weekly store inspections to monitor and report on Levoit's in-store pricing, product displays & POSM, as well as competitor activities & pricing.
5. Communicating efficiently with omni-channel buyers regarding Levoit pricing before, during, and after promotion periods to ensure brand pricing strategy implementation.
6. Identifying and onboarding new retail partners across Australia to generate incremental business, aligned with the overall Australian market strategy.
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor's degree (required)
Fluency in English
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the small home appliance industry. Knowledge of local market standards and regulations is crucial.
Experience: 2-5 years of professional sales experience.
Proven Track Record: Successful history in sales management, particularly within the small home appliance or 3C products industry. Experience working with major Australian retailers is a plus.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to diverse market needs. Strong analytical skills to assess and respond to market dynamics.
Relationship Builder: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build and nurture client relationships.
Results-Oriented: Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and surpass sales targets. Proven ability to deliver results in complex sales environments.
