As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to closing. You will focus on new and existing business development, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and drive revenue growth within your named accounts and territory.
You will report directly to the Director of Sales, APAC.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new and existing business opportunities in the APAC region
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and close
- Build and maintain strong relationships with mid-market and enterprise decision-makers
- Understand client needs and articulate how our solutions address their challenges
- Develop proposals, pricing, and presentations in collaboration with pre-sales resources
- Use CRM (e.g., Salesforce) to manage pipeline, forecasts, and sales activities
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Attend client meetings (virtual & in-person) and industry events as needed
- Comfortable with traveling interstate
**Qualifications**:
**Required Qualifications**
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, IT, or digital services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Knowledge of the Australian business landscape
- Full working rights in Australia
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience selling to enterprise clients or through channel/partner ecosystems
- Comfortable with C-Suite engagements
- Background in consulting, digital transformation, or integration services An understanding of integration (iPaaS) desirable but not essential
