We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our Service Department. If you have a can-do attitude with an eye for detail, we want to talk to you.
The focus of this position is to act as the principal contact between the dealership and the guest for repair, maintenance and service of motorcycles whilst providing exceptional guest service.
You will also be required to;
* Meet and Greet guests
* Take bookings and service enquiries
* Liaise with workshop controller to ensure all work is carried out in the allocated time frame
* Promote the company and source new business for the service department
* Ensure guest satisfaction
The ideal candidate we are looking for will demonstrate the following:
* Strong knowledge of the automotive industry
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Strong customer service focused
* Ability to work under pressure
* Knowledge of vehicle mechanics is an advantage
