Become a key contact for chefs, kitchen teams and hospitality businesses by providing exceptional customer service as a Customer Service Representative.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you'll take calls, respond to emails, and assist with onboarding new customers. You'll also support our sales reps with day-to-day service and coordination.

As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you'll be responsible for building trusted relationships, answering complex queries, and ensuring seamless operations.

To succeed in this role, you'll need strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and confidence using both computers and phone systems.

We're looking for someone who can stay composed under pressure, multitask effectively, and maintain accurate records. If you have experience in customer-facing roles or call centres, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role:

* Take calls from chefs, kitchen teams, and hospitality businesses
* Build trusted relationships with regular customers
* Respond to emails and product enquiries
* Process orders accurately using internal software
* Onboard new customers and assign to sales reps
* Liaise with sales reps and managers to resolve service issues
* Maintain accurate customer and product records
