Casual Trainers & Assessors – Business Qualifications
We are seeking qualified and experienced trainers to deliver and assess the following business qualifications:
- Certificate III in Accounts Administration
- Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping
- Diploma of Accounting
As a remote trainer, you'll have the flexibility to work from home while delivering engaging online sessions and providing valuable support to students across Australia. You will be instrumental in helping students build their business skills in areas such as leadership, marketing, and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality online training sessions and assess students enrolled in accounting qualifications.
- Provide constructive feedback to students through remote assessments and mentorship.
- Use online platforms and tools to create an engaging learning experience for students.
- Ensure training materials are current and aligned with industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, assessments, and training activities.
- Conduct Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessments when required.
- Collaborate with the team to improve and adapt training resources.

Role Requirements
- A relevant qualification in Accounting or Bookkeeping.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) or higher.
- Experience in the relevant industry (accounting or bookkeeping).
- Strong communication skills, particularly in an online learning workplace.
- Proficiency with online learning platforms and Microsoft Office (or equivalent).
- A self‑driven, organised approach to remote work.
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency.
- Ability to pass a National Police Check.
Highly Desirable
- Experience delivering training or assessments remotely.
- Advanced qualifications in Accounting, Business, or Commerce (Diplomas or higher) or relevant certifications.
- Experience with Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessments.
