Mobysis looking for a talented and experienced head chef to join our team.
About you
Loves, lives and breathes food!
Has a passion for hospitality and providing the best for guests
Has at least two years in a head chef or senior sous chef role of an equivalent venue
Proven ability to manage and drive financial aspects of the kitchen operation including wages and food costs
An energetic and enthusiastic leader – making work fun and enjoyable for your team whilst getting the job done.
Strong leader with proactive communication, management and training skills
Forward thinker, confident with all aspects of running a busy successful kitchen both in and out of service.
Strong understanding of food safety applications
