About the Role
Royal Darwin Hospital is seeking experienced Mental Health Registered Nurses to join the Mental Health Acute Triage (MHAT) team. This role involves providing mental health triage, acute assessments, and ongoing case management using a recovery-focused framework. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individual care plans for clients experiencing acute mental health presentations.
Requirements
Mental Health Triage experience (essential)
Acute mental health assessment skills (essential)
Experience in case management and care planning
Ability to work within a recovery-oriented framework
Strong clinical judgement and crisis intervention skills
Ability to engage with clients, carers, and stakeholders effectively
Minimum RN4.1 or above (essential)
