About the Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated, positive and hardworking individuals for Full-time, Part-Time and Casual Retail Sales Representative roles we currently have on offer. This is initially a 12 week project with the possibility of extension.
As a Retail Sales Representative, you will be required to:
Proactively engage with and promote Waterdrop to retail consumers
Drive interest amongst consumers for our clients' product range
Sell Product packages, bundles and subscriptions effectively to achieve KPIs
Facilitate sampling and product tastings on site
Create point of sale displays, ensuring the product is well-stocked and maintained
Check stock levels for stores
Report accurate data and provide consumer feedback
Location: Helensvale, Pacific Fair and Robina
Hours/Days: 7 day rotating roster Monday - Sunday
Salary: Market-competitive salary package including superannuation/competitive hourly rate for casual staff

About you:
Fantastic work ethic and great attitude
Previous sales experience highly advantageous
Previous retail or merchandising experience
A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable car
Great communication skills to build relationships with store personnel
Ability to report your work via apps on an iPad provided by the company
This role involves dealing with a high number of consumers within a busy pop up store in major shopping centres so great communication skills, quick thinking and fantastic presentation are all non-negotiables.
