What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engaging with customers experiencing financial hardship, providing tailored solutions.
- Managing customer enquiries with urgency, professionalism, and empathy.
- Demonstrating resilience and positivity to foster meaningful conversations.
- Guiding customers back to financial stability, helping them regain confidence in their future.
- Utilising negotiation and questioning skills to assess and apply hardship assistance where appropriate.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Previous customer service or contact centre experience.
- A proven ability to handle difficult conversations with care and professionalism.
- High levels of empathy and resilience to support customers during challenging times.
- A customer-first mindset and solid problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing information.
- Prior collections experience is highly regarded.
