* Northern Adelaide Local Health Network – Lyell McEwin Hospital – Elizabeth Vale
* Salary (plus Superannuation and Salary Sacrifice benefits): WHA4 $1220.69 - $1233.35 p.a. (pro rata) WHA5 $1249.25 - $1261.79 p.a. (pro rata)
* Ongoing Part-Time – working 24 hours per week

About the Role:

A great opportunity is available to join the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Recovery/Theatre Orderly. In this essential role, you will support medical and nursing staff across the Operating Theatre and surrounding areas, contributing to safe, efficient and high‐quality patient care.

The perioperative suite at the Lyell McEwin hospital contains:

* Theatre holding bay
* 9 operating theatres
* 1 procedure room
* 18 bay recovery unit

Your responsibilities will include transporting and positioning patients, assisting with theatre set‐up, collecting and delivering equipment, and performing associated cleaning and ancillary duties. Your work will help ensure smooth theatre operations and a safe environment for patients and staff.

To be eligible for this position at WHA4 classification, you must hold AQF Certificate III relevant to the employee's position.

To be eligible for this position at WHA5 classification, you must hold AQF Certificate III relevant to the employee's position and at least 560 hours satisfactory in service experience.
