Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Manager to oversee supplier assurance and quality activities across our Australian Liquid Milk network.
This role supports both our manufacturing site and our national supplier network—including packaging, 3PL, and 3PM relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and improving the Vendor Assurance Program for all liquid milk suppliers, monitoring supplier performance through KPIs, audits, and action plans, and leading supplier review meetings and stakeholder engagement on quality matters.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced FMCG environment, with deep expertise in supplier quality within fresh milk, food, or beverage categories.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
* Strong stakeholder management skills at both technical and commercial levels
* Experience with quality trials, complaint resolution, and packaging quality management
* A collaborative approach with clear communication and relationship-building skills
* Practical knowledge of HACCP, audits, and GMP
