Family Planner Assistant
Full time 6-month contract
BATHURST
We are looking for a well-presented person with professional customer relations skills,
good computer administration skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
This is an integral front line role supporting our funeral services and may lead to other
opportunities to progress your career for the right person.
Duties~
Present professional presence for all front office clients, visitors and telephone enquiries
Provide organisational and administrative support to Family Planners
Preparation of letters, documents and presentations for related items to the organisation
of a professional funeral service
Production of booklets and audio visual presentations
Phone and email contact with suppliers to organise events
Contribute to an empathetic, welcoming and dignified custom experience for our
clients
Proof-reading of documents
Liaise and communicate with other staff members to ensure smooth service delivery
About You~
Empathetic and people oriented
Excellent ability to communicate professionally with others both in person and on
the telephone
Can be empathetic to people experiencing grief and comfortable working with and
around deceased
Good planning and organisational skills
Good computer skills including Word, Outlook and Publisher
Attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills to work closely within a small team
