Cavalo Prestige, one of Australia's newest and largest prestige car dealerships, is seeking a driven and detail-orientedMarketing Coordinatorto support our Marketing Manager across a diverse range of marketing functions. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong track-record that thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to be a trusted right-hand in bringing campaigns, content, and customer experience to life. Cavalo Prestige will be your primary brand, but with a number of sister-companies, you'll assist across our suite of offerings.
As theMarketing Coordinator, you will play an active role in the development and execution of marketing initiatives, help manage day-to-day operations, and contribute to key brand moments, digital initiatives, and events. This role is best suited for an ambitious marketer that's ready to make a real impact with their work. Someone who is a jack-of-all-trades that's excited to assist with a wide variety of marketing functions from SEO to graphic design, event coordination to performance marketing, and everything in between.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Assist with the execution of marketing strategies across digital, social, print, radio, and OOH.
* Assist our content creator to develop and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, LinkedIn).
* Coordinate campaign assets and liaise with photographers, videographers, and media partners.
* Ensure showroom signage, POS, and merchandise are up-to-date and on-brand.
* Support event planning, influencer/ambassador relations, and marketing activations.
* Use analytics tools to monitor social and website performance, reporting key insights.
* Assist with competitor analysis, audience research, and customer journey improvement.
* Help maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
* Be proactive in identifying opportunities to elevate the Cavalo brand.
* Manage EDMs and our CRM, ensuring relevant and timely content is shared, measured, then optimised for improvement.
About You:
* 2+ years of experience in a marketing role.
* Automotive and start-up experience is a plus, but not essential.
* Experience in small teams with diverse functions.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends (especially Instagram and YouTube).
* Comfortable with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Manager, and scheduling tools, or willing to learn/upskill.
* A sharp eye for detail and design. Strong copywriting skills are a bonus.
* Excellent organisation and communication skills.
* Proactive, collaborative, and hungry to learn in a fast-moving environment.
* Able to adapt quickly, meet deadlines, and support across multiple projects.
